A good business environment consists of good and effective communication. But in reality, a lot of times management and executives may use the "iron fist" to get what they want. I thought this would be kind of funny and ironic. When I get a job fresh out of college, I will be working an entry level job. Although communication between subordinates and management is key, I have to keep in mind that the struggle for power runs throughout the workplace.
